  • Little Kids & Parents

    • 4 to 6 years old

    • Accompany by one parent or carer

    • Maximum 10 pairs/ session

    • 8-week program; 1 hour per week

    • Learners will be introduced to the concept of staying calm, focused and in the moment, accepting the existence of all feelings and emotions.

    • HKD 1600, materials included

  • Big Kids

    • 7 to 9 years old

    • Maximum 8 children/ session

    • 8-week program; 1 hour 30 minutes per week

    • Learners will be inspired to make mindfulness part of their daily routine. They will be equipped with tools to better understand and engage with themselves and the world around them through mindfulness practices

    • HKD 1800, materials included

  • Pre-teen

    • 10 to 12 years old

    • 8-week program; 1 hour and 30 minutes per week

    • Maximum 8 children/session

    • Learners will take a deep dive into topics like befriending with different emotions, working with worries, making good decisions, showing compassion and kindness, and learning what gratitude is.

The Mindful Heart Curriculum

Written by Louise Shanagher, founder of Creative Mindfulness®, it is the first mindfulness-based curriculum for Irish primary schools. Children are introduced to evidence-based mindfulness and self-compassion practices using fun, creative and child-friendly methods.

Ms Louise Shanagher is also a children's therapist, psychology lecturer and author of mindfulness children books.
